The aim of thebody&mindspace is to provide a safe forum where people can come together for a weekend of breathtaking beauty. Nurture yourself with delicious food that we prepare together and take the recipes away so you can recreate the dishes at home for yourselves.

Bring balance into your life by doing yoga and breath work on the deck; take a walk on the beach or run a trail to invigorate your body and restore your batteries with a coffee scrub, sea dip and a muscle soothing massage.

thebody&mindspace team will recharge your batteries and inspire you to grab life by the horns. We will give you some great tips for seasonal cooking (that won't leave you feeling bloated and heavy) and help you take care of your body so that you are ready for your next adventure.

Weekends are individually tailored so you don't feel intimidated or hampered by your fitness levels.

Line fish cooked whole with ginger and spring onions, served with lemon wedges and salad

If available - cooked in sea water to perfection and served butter sauce
